About us
A pest company that learned the lodging side first
Wasatch Back Pest Management was started by someone who ran housekeeping and operations at ski properties and kept hearing the same request: do it, but don't let the guest see it.
That is still the job. The crew is twelve people, a coordinator who answers the line, and two crews in ski season. We work in Park City and the valleys around it, and we turn down work outside them rather than send someone on a long drive.
Owner-led walk-throughs of every new property
Spanish spoken by the lead technician with housekeeping teams
A written note after every visit

How we work
Four rules the whole crew follows
Look first
Nothing is treated before we have inspected and told you what we found.
Seal before we spray
Closing the way in does more than any product. We do it first, wherever it works.
Follow the label
Every product, every time, and we tell you where people and pets should stay out and for how long.
Keep it between us
Records go to the manager or owner. We don't talk to guests, and we don't post about our work.
Meet us at the property
We start with a walk-through, and Merlene comes to the first one.
