Questions from managers and hosts
If yours isn't here, text it. A person writes back.
Will guests know you were here?
We don't announce it. We wear a plain polo with no company name, one technician comes, and we use the service entrance where there is one. We can't promise a guest won't pass us in a hallway, and if a guest is in the room we only come when the manager asks us to.
Do you work while a guest is in the room?
Not unless you tell us to. The default is after checkout or while the room is empty. If a guest has already seen something, we'll tell you what to say and what to leave alone until we arrive.
Who sees the report?
The manager or owner who asked for it. We don't contact guests, we don't post anything and we don't put a room's name on a shared document. Anything that goes to a brand auditor or inspector is your decision.
Is the treatment safe for guests and pets?
We can't call any treatment safe, and no company should. Licensed applicators follow the product label, tell you where and for how long people and pets should stay out, and give you the product list on request. For a room, we tell you when it can go back in service according to the label.
How soon can you come?
That depends on the season and on when the line is open. Texts are read during the hours on this page, and the reply gives a window. We can't promise a time before we've seen the request.
What if the pest comes back?
If the pest we treated for returns in the same room or area within 30 days of a treatment, we come back to that area at no charge. A new problem somewhere else, or a room we weren't able to inspect, is a new visit. The terms are written on every proposal.
Can your records support a brand audit or a health inspection?
The records list what auditors and inspectors usually ask to see: dates, areas, findings and what was done. They support an audit; they don't certify anything and they don't pass one for you.
Do you handle bed bugs?
Yes. We inspect, write a plan the manager approves, and follow up. Clearing a room can take more than one visit, and we say so up front rather than promising one.
Can we start with one visit?
Yes. A single visit after a report is fine, and so is a schedule. The proposal says which.
Still have a question?
Text it to the line. A person reads it during the hours on the contact page.
