What we collect

When you send the form we receive your name, phone number, property type and what you tell us. When you text or call we see your number and whatever you send, including photos. Our host may record standard technical details such as your browser and the pages you open.

What we ask you not to send

Please leave out a guest's name, a guest's contact details and any card number. A room or unit number is enough for us to do the work.

How we use it

We use it to answer you, book and carry out a visit, and keep the record of work done at your property. We don't sell it, and we don't share a property's records with anyone but its manager or owner unless they ask us to.

Text messages

Messages go through your phone carrier, and its message and data rates may apply. We text about your visit and don't send marketing messages unless you ask. Reply STOP to a text to end texts from us.

Your choices

You can ask what we hold, and ask us to correct or delete it, by writing to hello@wasatchbackpest.com. We keep service records as long as the law or our insurer requires.
