For hotels, lodges and resorts
Pest control that fits around the front desk
A lodging property has a dozen departments and one reputation. We work with the manager, the engineer and the head of housekeeping, and we keep the paperwork in one place.
We start with a walk-through of the whole property, public spaces and back-of-house included. The proposal lists each building and area with the checks it needs, so you can see what is scheduled and what is on call.
One named coordinator for the whole property
A written log per building, by room or area
A plan for what happens when a guest reports something

What the schedule covers
Six areas of a lodging property
Guest rooms and turns
Inspection after a report, and spot checks on the rooms that see the most turnover.
Kitchens and dining
Monitoring around prep areas, dish rooms and dry storage, logged on every visit.
Laundry and linen
Checks around linen rooms, chutes and carts, where warm, dark corners collect trouble.
Loading and waste
Dock doors, compactors and bins, and the gaps under the doors that let mice in.
Mechanical and utility rooms
Pipe and cable entries, the spaces behind boilers, and the sealing that holds up through winter.
Roofline and exterior
Eaves, balconies and deck rails, where wasps nest and mice find a way in.
What we ask of you
Three things that make the visits quiet
- 01
A contact for each department
Front desk, housekeeping and engineering each have a name, so we never ask a guest-facing person to arrange the work.
- 02
A way in
A key-card arrangement or an escort for each building. We don't copy keys, and a card's access is yours to remove at any time.
- 03
Your event calendar
Weddings, conferences and festival weekends. We schedule around them, and we move a visit if you ask us to.
Questions from property managers
Who sees the report?
The manager or owner who asked for it. We don't contact guests, we don't post anything and we don't put a room's name on a shared document. Anything that goes to a brand auditor or inspector is your decision.
Can your records support a brand audit or a health inspection?
The records list what auditors and inspectors usually ask to see: dates, areas, findings and what was done. They support an audit; they don't certify anything and they don't pass one for you.
How soon can you come?
That depends on the season and on when the line is open. Texts are read during the hours on this page, and the reply gives a window. We can't promise a time before we've seen the request.
What if the pest comes back?
If the pest we treated for returns in the same room or area within 30 days of a treatment, we come back to that area at no charge. A new problem somewhere else, or a room we weren't able to inspect, is a new visit. The terms are written on every proposal.
Walk the property with us
We start with a walk-through, then write the proposal. No treatment starts before you've read it.
